Error Updating Ghost: Recommended 150 MB of Memory Available

I went to update Ghost, but got this error:

Message: You are recommended to have at least 150 MB of memory available for smooth operation. It looks like you have ~94.80078125 MB available.

I tried running the following so that I could see my memory usage:

df -h

Which gave me something like this (data has all been modified, this is just an illustration)

...but I couldn't find anything that would suggest my memory was eaten up—or at least, desperately low anywhere.

The only way I could find to get around it was following the suggestion from: https://mrvautin.com/ghost-you-are-recommended-to-have-at-least-150-mb-of-memory-available/

ghost update --no-mem-check

This did seem to work, though it is clear that the update was a tad slow and I'm betting I'll need to upgrade the memory at some point.

The update did run successfully, though, so I think it's in good shape!
